Birthday cards on mild gloss card smearing ink

Product Name: Xerox VersaLink B625 Multifunction Printer
Operating System: Not Specified

I have blank birthday cards on mild gloss cards that are smearing ink.

I have tried different settings on cardstock and all others. I have bought non gloss cards and it still smears.

The problem isn't from printing directly rom the computer as I have tried that, and then tried to print from a copy, the result is the same. Can anyone advise what I can do?
