I searched our online knowledge base and found an article that discusses how to address gray background issues.

Black/Gray faded background printing

Product Name: Phaser 6010
Operating System: macOS 10.12 - Sierra

My printer prints in color, but also prints a black/gray background either in sections of the page, or throughout the whole page.  What can I do to resolve this?
