Black Line on the side when printing

Hello Ahmed99,

I searched our Support Page and found this article that may help you with the banding issue. It does mention replacing the drum so it very well may be that defect you see on the drum.

Hello,

I Have a printer WorkCenter 6515 whenever i print somethin i got this black line on the side, i tired to clean it and everything but it is still there, on the backside i can see a line but am not really sure if that's the cause of it or not.
