Next step - replace black drum cartridge.

what is the next step after cleaning the glass?

If its prints from pc, drum or fuser. Pull them out and examine to see if looks likes its creating a line. 

If its copies from feeder, cleaning cvt glass. 

The above covers 95% of the causes of lines.

The printer blueprints have a thick black line at the bottom. How can I fix that ?
