I have gone the mile with multi-tone inks with two different printers. Never again. There was always one going dry. I have used my Canon MP270 for many years using two cartridges only – black and colour. I have just bought a new Canon MG2560 using different cartridges, but made sure that they also used black and colour.

Black Toner Levels reducing quickly

Product Name: Xerox C230 Color Printer
Operating System: Windows 11

Hello

I have a brand new C230 color Laser Printer

It was supplied with a starter pack of color and B/W toner and I realise these are not XL capacity

 

But after printing just 12 pages, the B/W toner has already dropped to 75%.

Part of the quantity of prints I've printed, are the print reports, showing the quantity of 12 prints printed

So I'm a bit concerned.

All the color toner quantites are still showing full capacity.

Can anyone shed any light on what this happens?
