Have you tried printing the repeating defects page to see if one of the consumables needs to be replaced? If you are still having issues after trying these steps, I suggest that you call into our support department for assistance @ 1-800-821-2797 or 1-800-835-6100.
On all prints(including Scanning) vertical lines of black and blue are placed on the page in the same position. The lines only appear there there has been a print. Therefore, gaps where no printing has occured.
I've disasembled the whole machine. The only bit which caught my eye was cleaner blade on the IBT assy was covered in a large amount of resitual toner inside and on the belt. I've cleaned that up and still see the same lines.
I've tried the following and hoping and missing something obvious.
- Cleaned the drums with the fibre stick.
- Cleaned the paper rollers.
- Cleaned the CTD sensors.
- Didn't see anything strange when inspecting the fuser.
