Black diagonal streaks that won't go away phaser 7800

Product Name: Phaser 7800

I am getting these diagonal black streaks in everything, it gets better then gets worse.  The printer has been making a loud screaching noise when it prints for a while, now it's doing this.  I changed toners, changed the black imaging unit, and finally changed the belt cleaner.  When I changed the belt cleaner the screaching sound went away instantly but the black streaks continued.  It got better then continued to get worse again.  I printed about 40-50 sheets.  Any help out there?  Thanks.IMG_0242.jpg
