I searched our knowledge base an found an article for faded black prints with some trouble shooting steps for you to try. If you are still having issues after trying these steps, I suggest that you call into our support department for assistance @ 1-800-821-2797.

Black is printing gray since a few days

Product Name: VersaLink C405 Color Multifunction Printer
Operating System: Windows 10

My Versalink C405 laser printer is printing gray since a few days. I allready changed the black toner but it doesn't help. Also changed the waste unit on the side. But nothing seems to help. Colors are printing fine, no problem only the black.

I saw more topics in the forum but no solution(s) for the problem yet. 

It is very unprofesional towards our clients, all invoices are almost unreadable...
