I just managed to fix it this morning. I had to swap it with another new drum cartridge. Apparently the other drum was a dud. How would I go about sending in the bad drum for a replacement? It's technically brand new, shows up 100% on black levels in the printer.
If you have changed both the black drum and black toner and it did not fix it, you will need to place a service call.
Hello, one of my Versalink C605 printers stopped printing black properly. I've attached several images. The first two are from the malfunctioning C605, the other two are from my functional C605. I've tried changing toner drums and cartridges but it didn't work.
