I have bought a C8000 and I am disappointed in the black prnt quality compared to my Phaser 7800. The black just seems faded and does not give the same amount of coverage compared to the 7800. Is there any way to rectify this?
If I print a full black sheet on the C8000 i can see shades in the black but if I print the same sheet on the 7800 the colour is fully opaque and cannot see through with no shading showing. It seems to be using less black ink on c8000, is there any way to set the printer to use more black ink and print deep black?
