Black print faded when printing a word document

Product Name: VersaLink C405 Color Multifunction Printer
Operating System: Windows 11

Hi, Our printer was working fine then all of a sudden the black print came out very pale. We have changed the toner and cleaned the printer but is still comes out faded. The coulour is absolutly fine. Also when we print on a PDF the black print is ok. Does anyone have any suggestions?
