Hi,
It is clear it is from the belt. If the belt have an milky film over the silver patch try to remove it slowly without removing the patch.
Gabi
Well @gabiene
we have changed it didn't try switching back to the old one, will see wha thappens
here's a copy of what happens though
I'm just wondering if it's too much toner density or what because it's ridiculously heavy
Hi,
Have you tried another fuser module?
P.S. I dumped most of the prints will try to get you guys some photo proofs.
Ok guys been having a very strange phenomena
now when i print anything if there's a majority of black it will get smudgy
So i tried printing pure black
Opening the galss hitting copy well all hell breaks lose
the paper jams 1/4 of the way into fuser.
Like really bad
Like it's exccive toner on the paper
I've adjusted the gsm and all that but still the same
I've put the paper (letter 32lb) to the lowest setting 64 gsm and even so it jams turn it up to 120 and liek the paper is melting in the fuser
happens more so than on the larger heavier sheets but it's black is the uisse
installed a new drum
anyone else can assist as to why thyis may happen?
thanks much .
