Black toner cartridge in Xerox Workcentre 6015 doesn't work
I own a Xerox workcentre 6105 for 3 years and replaced a black cartridge 4 months ago from an alternative brand.
I was copying a book and after the fifth page the prints faded out, no black and hardly readable. I returned the cartridge and got another and all the prints had no black. The colors work good. I did clean routines, shake it, use the cleaning stick for lenses but it seems that the the black toner entry is obstructed or something. There are no error messages and I tried 3 toners with no results. Can ik clean the toner-enrty, there is a screw in the neighbourhood one inch above (lowest red line picture)? The three color toners have two white places behind the metallic contacs above, the black has one open hole and a black hole behind the metallic contatcs (highest red line) and the spring is longer than the other three, is this normal (red line in the middle).
