I have a B210 I bought less than 1 year ago from Amazon. It ran out of toner so I ordered a replacement original toner also from Amazon.
Inserted in the machine I received the message "Black toner cartridge is not compatible". There is no indication on the printer or on the toner pack as to why they would be incompatible and the cartridge fits the printer perfectly.
Why will it not work?
