I contacted Xerox UK Support and their resolution was to offer a site visit from a Xerox engineer with the cost estimated to be more than the value of the printer since it is out of warranty.
It seems after 40k copies I have a scrap printer.

I have reseated a fairly new waster toner container.
I fitted new Black Drum Cartidges and tried swapping them around
Toner levels are good.
I've cleaned the Printhead Lenses.
I've replaced the IBT, IBT Cleaner, and Second Biad Transfer Roller.
None of this has solved the problem.
Does the support department cover the UK market?
