I see no one has responded to this post yet. So, at this point I would recommend contacting your local Xerox Support Department to speak with a Product Specialist for more assistance. Please call 1-800-821-2797 or 1-800-835-6100.

Blank page when print color

Product Name: AltaLink C8030 / C8035 / C8045 / C8055 / C8070 Color Multifunction Printer
Operating System: Not Specified

Hi,

When I print a color file (or windows page test color) from on the PC or on my print server.. the Xerox print a blank page.. (C8070)

If a print a B&W is ok

If a make a color copy.. is ok..

I change driver.. always problem.. I delete and reinstall my printer.. always problem..
