Gabi,
thanks a lot, histant to try because of the cost. So my local Xerox dealer, who shipped mostly all of the smart kits, gaeve me the advise to:
clean the 4 drums by opening the quick release to the left (orange) and pull out the orange cleaner right below the drum, repeating 2-3 times each drum.
What can i say? Printer cured. Im very sure the old drums (at 20%) were replaced too early simply this cleaning mechanism was unknown to me.
Anyhow, works now!
Marc
Hi,
You need a tech to clean the Transfer Belt inside or even to replace it.
Gabi
Hello,
all smart kits (except 008R13063, fixing unit) have been replaced and didnt cure the bad printing quality. The toners itself are 50%, but not fresh. The printer is seldomy used (around 1.000 copies/prints per year). Still, the printing quality is bloomy, like washed out, see:
Any ideas what to replace next?
Marc
