Blue lines across page

Hi,

I am sure the cyan developer housing is defective, so you need a tech to replace the housing and cyan developer material.

When printing, blue (cyan) lines appear diagonally across the page. It's not spread out the way it should be. Replaced drums and ink, didn't work. Any help would be appreciated.
