Have you tried one of the color profile found here?  If you are still having issues after trying these steps, I suggest that you call into our support department for assistance @ 1-800-821-2797 or 1-800-835-6100.

Blue text printing purple

Product Name: VersaLink C505 Multifunction Printer
Operating System: Not Specified

I have been trying to print just regular Navy Blue text on a page and it is coming out more purple. Almost like the color it turns when you click on a link within an email. 

I have tried adjusting the color management settings under the 'advanced' properties on the printer and it has made no difference. 

I have also tried using other shades of Blue as the text, but that doesn't appear to make any difference either. 

Cyan toner is at 67% and the drum is at 98%. I am not sure of what other adjustments I can try, but this is frustrating! 

I have attached a couple photos as examples. The photo that says "2021 Officers" was what the blue used to look like when we would print. The photo that says "2022 Officers" is how the blue is coming out now, in the exact same font and color as the 2021 version. 

Any other suggestions would be much appreciated, thank you in advance!!
