Booklet Folding Adjustment for ALL TRAYS at once

That's the problem.  We've been through every screen available to us when logged in as admin, and the ONLY option available related to the fold position is the one we've been using, which you have to adjust on a per-tray, per-paper-type basis.  If you set it up for uncoated 20# stock, but then need to print on an 80# gloss text stock, it makes you go through the fold position adjustment all over again.

Access the machine's admin settings or system settings. Look for an option related to folding or finishing adjustments. Adjust the global or default fold position by the 5.5mm discrepancy. Save the changes.

We have a Versant 280, frequently used for booklets (printing, folding, stapling).  When we had the Versant 80, it folded and stapled each booklet perfectly, no adjustment needed.  With this V280, every booklet is folded incorrectly by 5.5mm.  EVERY tray, EVERY paper type, consistently.  It's a pain having to go through the fold adjustment sample procedure for every job, especially when pulling from multiple trays.  Is there any way to permanently adjust the fold position by that 5.5mm, for every tray and paper type?
