Re: Booklet printing won't collate and saddlestitch

Corrupted fonts can also cause a problem printing PDF files. Reloading the fonts used may correct the problem. Your printer driver or firmware could also be a source of misprints or failure to print. If you get an out of memory error, the PDF could be too large for the printer to process

Booklet printing won't collate and saddlestitch

Product Name: Xerox Color C60/C70
Operating System: macOS 10.14 - Mojave

I am trying to create a booklet out of Adobe InDesign. 8.5x11, 20 pages fold and staple to finish at 5.5x8.5. I specify duplexing in page layout and booklet maker as the destination. But out comes the individual sheets folded. No collation. No stapling. Any idea if there is a step I am not selecting? I do not have a Fiery, am on a Mac, and so I am just selecting options in the printer setup.Screen Shot 2022-04-19 at 4.32.07 PM.png
