Corrupted fonts can also cause a problem printing PDF files. Reloading the fonts used may correct the problem. Your printer driver or firmware could also be a source of misprints or failure to print. If you get an out of memory error, the PDF could be too large for the printer to process

I am trying to create a booklet out of Adobe InDesign. 8.5x11, 20 pages fold and staple to finish at 5.5x8.5. I specify duplexing in page layout and booklet maker as the destination. But out comes the individual sheets folded. No collation. No stapling. Any idea if there is a step I am not selecting? I do not have a Fiery, am on a Mac, and so I am just selecting options in the printer setup.
