Two of our members of staff have had recent PC upgrades and now when they print to our Xerox printer they are getting a small border around the edge of their printing.
It doesnt sound much but it does affect the appearance of some of our important documents and even if you change the settings to no border they still print like it.
I have attached two pictures showing the front and back of a document where you can see the text is printed very slightly smaller and with a larger margin on the blue paper. The white paper is the correct layout. Does anyone know how we can change these settings to make it print like it used to. These are printed from a word document and the same happens with all word documents that a reprinted as a booklet.
