Thank you for using the Support Forum. Please take a look at the paper specifications for the machine.  If the paper you are using is within specifications for the machine then please consider contacting your support centre for further assistance.

Brand new 3345 leaving toner marks down left of paper

Product Name: WorkCentre 3335/3345
Operating System: Windows 10 x64

Just purchased and set up our WorkCentre 3345 that I bought directly from Xerox. Right out of the box, I am getting toner marks all down the left of every print. There is no pattern at all, looks like toner is just dropping on the left hand side at random. I am not sure what I should be checking, since everything is brand new.
