This does not sound normal to me. I would contact support and see if there is something that can be done.

I've just noticed I'm getting shadowing when printing very large text too. I'm really not sure what to do about this, is it normal or do I need to return this as faulty? (normal text is perfect)
I didn't, but I've just taken it out and given it a good shake then printed a test image and no difference. really bad banding, looks like something I printed in the 90's on a ribbon based printer. :(
Hi @Steve44, when you took the toner out did you shake it up? I've seen similar issues in the past with banding where the toner had to be shaken up to remvoe the banding.
I bought a B210 and set it up today but the print quality is quite poor. Text is mostly good but images have terrible banding on them. I've tried various images and different paper and it's all the same. terrible banding
I've taken the toner out and put it back in and it's the same.
How can I stop the banding or should I return the machine for a refund?
