Hi,
You must be sure to setup correctly paper settings at the machine and in printer driver. I think is something wrong with the settings.

I have taken delivery of a brand new 6510 today. All set up, selected 8.5" X 11" for A4 paper but everytime I try to print the page jams halfway out. It is also very hot when I open up the back to remove the jammed sheet.Feeling very frustrated :-(
