Hello RichrdT, 

Are you getting jams or any messages on the printer when this happens?  I couldn't find anything on the printers stopping before the job is complete in our knowledge base.  Maybe it would be best to contact support 1-800-821-2797 to speak with a specialist.

Business finisher needs unloading after 200 sheets

Product Name: PrimeLink B9100/B9110/B9125/B9136
Operating System: Windows 10

I have a B9110 with a production finnisher attached(booklet maker). The customer prints automatic prints from Nuance Output Manager. the output stops when theyhave about 200 A4 90gsm sheets in the stacker tray. The specifications say 3000 sheets. They print overnight and expect abot 100 sheets to be in the tray.

Has any one seen this or know of a fix?
