Recently my printer refuses to print at each first attempt in the by-pass tray.
The tray is set to the correct format (C5 envelopes) which has always worked perfectly.
The paper stock has not changed. There is no dirt in the printer.
Now my work-around is to start print job, wait for the error message, press to confirm it is cleared (without touching the tray or the envelope) after which the print continues perfectly.
This workaround works consistently by is very annoying. I suspect a software or setup error but am at a loss.
