Bypass not working

Can you please provide a little more information.  When you print does your job show up at the printer in the Jobs queue?  What is it's status?

Is there an error?  Such as "Held for Required Resources"?  If you can please provide some screenshots.

Hi There, I am needing some help as our bypass tray is not feeding paper into the printer. When we load it, the setting pop up but when we hit confirm nothing is feeding into the printer.
