Dear forum,
at first I apologize for my english, as I'm not a native speaker. I contacted the Support-Centre in Germany (my location) and got no help whatsoever without paying any money. No chance to contact them by mail. Not a great job.
My problem is the bypass paper tray. No matter what I print it uses the empty bypass tray, which is empty and closed by the way. I set this tray in the Printer menu to a lower priority. Furthermore i tried to change the tray manually in the driver which has this setting. No matter what i try, it will use the bypass paper tray. I set the printer to default and tried it again, but it doesn't help in anyway.
