I searched our online knowledge base and found an article that may help you with the tray priorities setting.  

  1. In Xerox® CentreWare® Internet Services, click Properties > Services.
  2. Click Printing > General.
  3. The following settings can be configured as needed:
    • Device Start-up Page
    • Banner Page
    • Error Page
    • General (including PCL defaults, tray defaults, and tray switching settings)
    • Print Spooling
    • Reports
    • Secure Print
  4. Click Apply.

Bypass tray on WorkCentre 3345 - can't make it work

Operating System: Windows 10 x64

Hi all! I can only make the Bypass Tray work when I leave Tray 1 open. I must be missing something: From the Device touch screen menu: Service Settings => Paper Supply Auto Select Policy in ON.  From CentreWare Internet Services menu: Properties => General Setup =>Tray Settings :Bypass mode On. I have read some somewhere about the priority of the trays but cannot find this setting on my device. Help please:)
