C230 will not print full size color prints on a Mac with Ventura 13.3.1 OS installed

It seems that the issue is the C230 has a problem printing iPhone / Mac HEIC files. Even when I export the files to a jpg to png it will not print. Can this be verified?

Yes I'm having printing issues with Mac OS Ventura and Monterey with the latest OS updates. I continue looking at network problems  with netstat Terminal  app but can't see any issues.

I can not print color images, jpg, png, etc.  The C230 will not print full-size images. I have to reduce the image size to 75 percent before the image will print.  I have tried rebooting and reconnecting the printer several times but it doesn't seem to change anything.   The printer seems to receive the image from the Mac print queue but the printer's blue light just blinks and the display shows wait and busy until it stops and then reverts back to "Ready" without printing an image.   Is there a log I can access to see what is going on with the printer or is this a problem that will not go away?
