C315 makes pops and crackles like popcorn when printing, causes paper jam

Product Name: Xerox C315 Color MultiFuntion Printer
Operating System: Windows 11

Hello everybody! I hope you can help us.

We have installed a C315 at one of our customers. The printer is total fine, makes nice print outs and is very quick. But as soon as you are starting to print a fewer sites (more than 10-15 sides) the printer starts to make loud pops and crackles, kind of mecanical noise. It somehow sounds like the printer is a popcorn-machine. This noise is getting louder when printing and after a few other sides the printer causes a paper jam. 

I have added a video from the printer and the sounds.

We have no clue what the problem is :-(
