My C400 failed with 116-313 just after connecting the printer to the internet (security problem ??).
It is 18 months old so I cannot get any help or technical support from Xerox here in the UK.
I think the Hard Drive needs reformatiing but I have no instructions.
Can you please provide instructions for me.
Or perhaps give me an engineer for free - if it is an internet security flaw !
Perform STORAGE DEVICE INITIALIZATION--it is the second item on the first tier of the special boot mode.
