Yes, exactly what I had to do. Get out a ruler and figure it all out. The documentation is never clear and makes no sense. I don't remember how I managed to figure out the full procedure, but it was a long road. When you ask for clarification on the manual's instructions, they don't know either.
Yes finally got the adjustment enough so that my margins all around are equal. Major pain without the full graphic printing. Just ended up pulling out the old ruler and measuring--old school. ;-)
Thank you so much!
Did this work for you?
So true!
I will try to do the adjustments as you said.
And they wasted so many hours of my own time. The customer's time is important too.
I have to dig back and see. But as I recall, in the Paper Registration area, under Image Position, where the adjustments are way too small to account for the amount the margins are off, you can make an adjustment, save it, then do it over and again until the amount needed is reached.
Yes having the same issue. If you were able to fix and can remember what you did that would be great.
Thanks!
They just want to set up service calls. I did that under warranty. Two different techs were here. Neither even knew how this printer worked. It was ridiculous. I'm not paying for a service call for untrained techs.
I believe I did, but will have to revisit how it works. It was not an intuitive procedure. Are you having the same issue? I was never able to get the 2x4 column page the documentation shows. Were you? I can't believe they haven't fixed this.
Were you ever able to get a resolution to this?
