This is a replacement machine (condition New) so there is no warranty, to call.
The old machine was brand new and was replaced for the same issue, along with some other problems.
Multiple phone reps before. Two different techs were here and neither knew anything about the problem, fiddled and left. Finally a phone tech support rep had said it was a hardware problem. However, this new machine is doing the same thing.
There is definitely some sort of software bug going on in that the Image Position page generated by the printer is not printing correctly. This needs to be reported to Xerox and fixed. The other machine did the same thing.
So, there is no tech support to get to the bottom of this. Someone else must have had the same problem or know something about the machine. Both of these machines doing this have been brand new.
Hello mb2,
I see no one has responded to this post yet. So, at this point I would recommend contacting your local Xerox Support Department to speak with a Product Specialist for more assistance. Please call 1-800-821-2797 or 1-800-835-6100.
Bump
Xerox - It seems a bug needs to be fixed. The Image Position page generated by the system is a corrupted format.
How do I get to the bottom of this problem and have documents printed as they were created -- centered on the page.
I am having a problem with margins not printing in the correct location.
They are uneven around the page.
Found the Paper Registration feature in the manual and the Image Position procedure on the printer. I still can not get it to print correctly.

Note that the printer is not behaving as the manual states the procedure works.
From the printer, an image position page is printed. This is what the output looks like.
From that point, the manual says to measure each margin to see how much it needs to be adjusted. The Figure from the instructions is below.
As you can see, the sample printout does not look like the image in the instructions. It appears to be an enlarged copy of that - running off the page.
Instructions to adjust the margins:
This is what the screen on the printer looks like to make the adjustment. It, too, does not look like what is in the instructions. Is this supposed to be a landscape view for some reason, that we are to mentally transpose?
Ignore the actual numbers, fiddling.
I can't get margins to print as they are in the document, which looks fine.
This also happens in other software. Word document:
