C60 printing blue and orange lines on color copies

I replaced all four drum cartridges and fuser and cleaned the transfer belt. The lines are consistently present on all prints.

Can you inspect your drums, you might find one of them to have a similar spot as the paper does.

Hello, 

Currently our C60 printer is printing a blue and orangle horizontal (paper is oriented as portrait) whenever we do color copies. Black and white come out fine. We've replaced all the drums and it still has this problem. As well, we've had it serviced by a technican twice and it solves it for a few days before it starts with the lines again. Is there anything else I can try to solve this problem?
