C75 Color Press discolored bands every 4.5 inches

Since its in all colors it sounds like something in common such as the 2nd btr.

They are darker and are going the oposite way that the paper is running.

Are the colors light or dark (Absence of color or too much color)

Are the bands in the same direction as paper travel or parallel?

So we have tried everything. I replaced all the durmbs. We replaced the fuser. I've gone though about 30 different combination of transfer settings. I've been albe to get it to look better, but there is still a disstinct band.

It happens at very regular intervals of right arounf 4.5 inches on all colors.

I really appersiate your help and any advice would be appersiated.
