We are currently testing a C75 with Freeflow to replace our aging doc242 (freeflow aswell). First day of actually using the C75, the Freeflow would constantly lock up. After the service technician reinstalled the operating system and the freeflow print control software, followed by opening the case and reseating all the components, it did stop locking up. The latest issue is with OSx print drivers. After deleting the previous install of the C75, and then reinstalling, when attempting to open XeroxFeatures from the print interface (any application), its been crossed out and is inaccessible.
XeroxFeatures were available prior to the reinstallation of the operating system and Freeflow software on the print server.
