At the IOT you can go to Machine Status > Tools > System Settings  >Common Service Settings > Maintenance > Manual Alignment Adjustment and run that for the tray and media.

 

In CWS5 you can do Server > Align Tray

Then pick the tray and stock and run the wizard

If you have SIQA, run that.

 

Beyond those 3 things you would need a service tech onsite to go into Diagnostics and modify by NVM settings.

C75 printing Problem

hi guys i am having a slight problem with my xerox c75 press. the problem is when i print A4 flyer the art work is not straight its more towards to the top edge on the right side and perfect on the left side like its rotated some what have tried baypass, 6,7 trays i have print a small desk calendar on a4 its was perfectly fine just having problem with A4 flyer printing. Really dont know whats going on
