Hello PNCibi, 

If the printer is giving you the message that the toner needs to be replaced and is showing at 0% left then you will need to change it.  If you have questions on how the toner is used in the printer, then I suggest calling into the support department for assistance at 1-800-821-2797.

C8000w white toner show like empty, but there is lot of white powder in cartridge

Product Name: VersaLink C8000W Color Printer
Operating System: Windows 10

Hi, 

I have Versalink C8000W, and white toner show 0% and I need replace it for continue printing. But there are still lot of white powder in cartridge. I use printer for color print most of time, and white toner use somtimes. I setup allways color for white paper, where is not use white toner for print, but pritner still counting like it was. This toner is expensive, and I dont use them and I need buy new one? Why? Is still full!
