I searched our Knowledgebase, and cannot find that fault code. I would recommend at this point for you to call into the Service Department: 1-800-821-2797.

CIS 89 652 hard fail

Product Name: Xerox 700i/700 Digital Color Press

hello all

I have been trying to get the old 700 going again and clearing the codes with some success and now it jams just before the 2cd btr under the cis sensor with a hidden 89 652 error

I have swapped out the entire reg assembly with one from a working machine but no luck everything else seems okay with it 

just can't find any info on this fault anywhere
