The Image Kit is what burns the image to the paper. These normally have a very long life cycle. If you have already changed the toner and different paper types. I would strongly recommend to give a call to your supplier to have a new image kit shipped to you.

Faded Image quality is nine times out of ten your drums (Xerographic kit/Imaging Kit).

Original ImageMy CM215b printer is having faded black and colour printing problem. Have tried changing the cartridge, because at first i thought the ink was emptied. But still having the problem even after i change the whole set of cartridge. I do google for this problem, and found that paper can also be a problem, so i trrrrrieid to change with diffrent size, thickness and brand. still 'imhaving this problem and it become worsse ewhen the black start to  dissapear a little by little. Please tell me the exact problem and the solution.
