Hi,
I've been printing labels on a Lexmark 736dn for a few years and they print great. I have a xerox 8570 in our other business and it does labels great, but for some reason this one leaves a wider margin on the left side than the right and using the same exisiting shetts I set up in Photoshop I'm having this issue. I'm assuming there is no margin adjustment via the printers web page?
I have sent some of the files to a local printer (having some toner issues with the Lexmark, hence replacing it with the xerox CQ8570) and they print just fine so it appears to be an issue with the printer and why I am seeking to see if there is some where to ajust the laft and righ margins. It prints fine but not labels they are all off pushed to the right. be glad to uoload images if it helps.
Hi NaturallyKalymnos,
Thank you for using the Support Forum. Please take a look at the instructions for printing on labels. Make sure the margins are set correctly in the program you are using to print the labels and remember the ColorQube 8570 cannot print edge to edge. If the instructions do not help please consider contacting your support centre for further assistance.
Hi,
I recently bought a ColorQube 8570 for printing product labels but the left margin is too wide 7mm, left is great (4mm).
My problem is I cannot find where to set the left margin so I can print labels since they are too far to the right and get areas cut off!
Great printer but not if I cannot print A4 labels corrrectly!
Thanks in advance!
