CQ8700 won't access tray 1

is it possible to make screenshots of your settings on the machine/driver/application?

I've been trying to print from tray one, the bypass tray to print on cardstock. Also tried an envelope. Changed the settings to tray one in print setup software and set the correct paper on printer. It will not access the bypass tray. Am I missing something???How do I getit to use tray 1
