CWW on Server 2012 R2 connectivity problem

We've recently upgraded infrastructure and OS here and I've attempted to install the new version of CWW (5.12) on our new print server (Server 2012R2). It loads and can reach the printers but won't connect to SMart eSolutions. I get this error in the Transaction Log:

The remote server returned an error: (501) Not Implemented. [localhost printserver\localadmin]

and in the application event log, this error shows up twice every time I poll:

The remote server returned an error: (501) Not Implemented. [localhost printserver\localadmin] System.Net.WebException: The remote server returned an error: (501) Not Implemented.

Xerox is getting touchy about getting their meter readings and I can't go around to all the machines. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you,

Alex

Server blocking to Edge server?

Ensure ports 443, 161 and 162 and Add the edge server hosted at http://dcs.support.xerox.com to a safe list in any proxy/firwall.
