Calibrating WorkCenter 7125

Product Name: Other - specify product in post

I am trying to calibrate our Xerox Workcenter 7125 because when we print our letterhead or labels, they are dual color. I followed the procedure in the user's manual and when the page prints out it says to place the paper on the glass with the magenta patches at the left... but instead of magenta, they are black. It won't accept it therefore, the calibration does not work.
