Sounds like you have tried everything already, so it would be a hardware escalation: 1-800-821-2797 or 1-800-835-6100.
I downloaded Xerox VersaLink B7025 drivers for Windows 10 and installed them on a new laptop. I have configured the accounting codes but still can't print, printer prints (016-757) Invalid User from the ByPass Tray. Note am using Standard TCP/IP configuration.
