We work with PDF files alot. We have a WC 7345 and have had it for several years. When we print multiple copies of a PDF and tell it to collate and staple, it collates but will staple all of the copies once. For example, if I print a 4 page PDF document 10 times and tell it to collate and staple, it will print the 10 copies and staple them all together once. I then have to remove the staple, separate the 10 copies and manually staple each copy. Our work around has been to send one copy at a time so it staples each copy. This is painful, I just sent 24 copies of a 50 page document and it drives me crazy. Any suggestions? We have filed this problem to Xerox's numerous times and they keep telling us there is no fix?
