Please refer to this article for the step by steps instructions for deleting contacts to be sure nothing was missed. If you are still having issues after trying these steps, I suggest that you call into our support department for assistance @ 1-800-821-2797.

Can't delete contacts via the browser interface

Product Name: VersaLink B405 Multifunction Printer
Operating System: Windows 11

Hi there,

 

 I just logged onto the printer via the IP address, where I then logged into the admin account and then I tried to remove the contacts but was unable to? I got the below image in trying to do that.

I can't find anywhere any help online for this, Many thanks
