Can't get rid of light stripes on Xerox ColorQube 8750

Thank you for using the Support Forum. Please take a look at the solutions for light lines.  Please make sure you preform the cleaning for the wiper blades as instructed in steps 5 and 6 of the first solution.  If this does not help please consider contacting your support centre for further assistance.

I've run the diagnostics on light stripes at least 10 times (had to change out the ink several times now as it prints the color test page and the light stripes page with every test) and I'm still having a problem with the black ink.  There are so many missing lines I don't know what to do.  Each light stripes test comes out differently.  I tried to attach the most recent Light Stripes Test, but the file is too large.  The words have light stripes running through them.

I've run several advanced "cleanings" where I've put in the number of a line that had the problem and it went through about 6 pages and still didn't work.  Any help would be appreciated!
